Available This Autumn

We kept enrollment small because these aren't lecture-based courses. You'll work through actual formation scenarios, review real documentation, and get hands-on with the systems businesses use daily.

Previously worked with mid-market restructures and group consolidations. Brings real documentation and war stories from complex setups.

Who's Teaching These Courses

Both instructors come from hands-on practice, not theory. Thijs handles the foundation program and Callum takes the advanced track. They've both dealt with the messy reality of business structures—not just the textbook version.

What We'll Actually Cover

  • Real formation documents you'll use (not sanitized examples)
  • Common mistakes that cause problems months later
  • How different structures handle typical business scenarios
  • What compliance actually looks like week to week
  • When to get professional help vs. DIY
  • Tax structure implications for Australian businesses

The courses run for twelve weeks because that's how long it takes to properly work through formation scenarios. We limit enrollment to twenty-four people per program so everyone gets direct feedback on their questions. Classes meet twice weekly in the evenings—you'll spend about three hours per session plus maybe two hours of review work between meetings. It's structured but not rigid. If something needs more time, we adjust.
